With one of the largest dedicated industrial agency teams, King Sturge is recognised as the leading firm of industrial and logistics property agents across Europe. The Group includes 70 fee earners, 25 of which are partners and has completed some 1,200,000 m² of transactions in 2009. In recent years we have won the European Industrial Property Advisor of the Year Award.

The Group's strengths are its expertise in the international, national and regional markets and initiating and handling local, regional, national and international marketing assignments, working closely with its marketing and research departments.

The European Logistics Group focuses on the high bay warehouse market and communicates regularly to produce a truly Europe-wide service. The focus is on tracking of enquiries; market trends; development/funding opportunities; and marketing initiatives, backed up with quality research.

In addition, the Group has particular expertise in airports and ports where we provide development and funding advice in addition to day-to-day agency advice.

In association with the research department, the Group produces the European Industrial Property Markets annually providing an indepth analysis of all key European markets.

Key clients include: DP World, SEGRO, Prologis, Gazeley, Aviva; Panattoni, LCP, Helios, and Goodman.

Our recent track record includes:

•    Introduction of 30,450 m² of logistics space to Unilever at Ploiesti West Park, Romania.
•    Lease renewals totalling 40,000 m² to Cemelog, Bayer and General Motors at Immoeast's Euro Business Park to the west of Budapest.
•    ProLogis Park, Ostrava,Czech Republic-letting of 14,500 m²  to German logistics provider Geis Logistics who operate for Husqarna/Gardena.
•    Leasing of c 27,878 m²  for a confidential client in Poznan, Poland.
•    Advice on developer in leasing of 10,007 m²  to Korea Fuel-Tech at Cross Point, Zory, Poland.
•    Leasing of 11,000 m² of logistics space to DM Drogerie Markt at Senec, Slovakia.
•    Lease renewal of Renault/Nissan’s logistics facility in Gyor, Hungary.  The transaction was an example for the “blend & extend” concept for the 20,000 m² facility for 10 years.  The Landlord, Standard Life, achieved a market rent on a long-term lease contract.
