primary areas:
Building Surveying: due diligence services,
surveys, condition reports, defects diagnosis, dilapidations advice,
refurbishment and repair advice and management, fire insurance valuations and
party wall awards.
Project Management: delivery of development and
construction projects from inception to completion including feasibility
studies, project strategy advice, procurement advice, management of design and
construction, advice in connection with sale or leasing. Monitoring of
development projects for finance providers, investors and
occupiers.
Architecture and Design: design and advice from
feasibility, concept through to detail covering all RIBA Stages.

services are provided from the network of King Sturge UK Offices and from many
