Our corporate finance specialists, within the investment team, working in conjunction with King Sturge Financial Services, have been instrumental in creating bespoke investment funds, joint ventures and limited partnerships. A number of our personnel are FSA qualified. These teams are responsible for fund structure, financial modelling, appraisals, deal analysis, reporting, due diligence co-ordination and strategic asset management. Local teams would then in turn be responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, property management, lettings, research and building surveys.
