The Industrial/Logistics Research Team focus on research and consultancy assignments across Europe, including the emerging markets of eastern Europe. In addition to producing regular market publications and bulletins, the Team is continually undertaking consultancy projects for developers, investors and occupiers including in support of major developments, investment strategies and location decisions. The Team has also produced employment land studies for public sector clients, including strategic planning authorities, regional development agencies and local planning authorities.
