Investment asset management
Whilst transactional advice is a major part of our work, we make full use of this market knowledge to provide strategic advice on portfolios, building on in depth property research to alert clients to emerging trends and market sentiment. We have a dedicated investment management team who sit within the investment agency teams, whose brief is to extract performance from portfolios and enhance returns from spotting opportunities for value creation. Included within their brief is the investment management for the market leading Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF), which we helped establish, and which has now grown to circa £1 billion, consistently outperforming the IPD (Investment Property Databank) index.
Major clients for whom we undertake investment asset management include Schroders, Legal & General, Hermes, and BP Pensions, each of whom have individuals dedicated to enhancing portfolio asset value and performance.
