Capital Allowance Claims Success

King Sturge has provided capital allowances advice to a large care home provider in the north east, on both acquisitions and their construction projects. Claims have ranged from small capital improvements in the homes to claims based on acquisition costs through to advice on brand new flagship homes. Claims totalling over £4.5 million have been successfully submitted to HM revenue and Customs amounting to a tax saving of £1.35 million.
