The team developed a financial model that allowed for the creation of financial forecasts that would aid the development of new Forest Holiday sites. The model enabled the client to input their own revenue and cost assumptions based on actual figures achieved at other sites. It was believed that these figures would be more accurate than the industry standards assumed by third parties.
