The first ever King Sturge property auction will take place in London on 1st July
The first-ever King Sturge property auction will take place on Tuesday 1st July at the Cafe Royal (Regent Street, London W1), commencing at midday. We will be offering mainly commercial lots but there should also be some residential lots too.
Property auctions are an exciting new venture for King Sturge. Henceforth, we will be holding six auctions a year (four before the summer; two after). The dates of our remaining 2008 auctions are given below and we will upload the dates of our 2009 auctions once these are confirmed. As you can see, the closing date for entries for each auction is about four weeks before the relevant auction date.
Catalogues will be available in hard copy and also online.
Generally, we will be targeting lots in the range of £500,000 - £3 million but this is by no means proscriptive: if you have a client who has a property that might suit being marketed by auction, please contact the auction team for free advice and an appraisal.
