On visiting the site the team found a lack of après ski and non-winter sport leisure facilities. The team recommended a leisure based lodge resort offering a variety of revenue streams, whilst reducing the seasonal imbalances in demand. The proposed facilities included lodges, retail areas, a casino and food and beverage outlets. The ideas were duly accepted and a full business plan will be produced shortly.
