King Sturge European Graduate Recruitment Programme is going from strength to strength

12 May 2008

The Firm is building upon the success of the existing Graduate Programme

King Sturge’s European Graduate Recruitment Programme is going from strength to strength.  This year we shall be building upon the success of the existing UK Graduate Training Programme and focusing our efforts upon expanding and developing a more structured approach to Graduate Recruitment across Europe.  This will involve recruiting around 20 high potential graduates in the 2008 / 2009 Financial Year, from some of the leading business schools and universities across mainland Europe.

Successful candidates will go through a period of structured training within one of the European offices, usually leading to either a local professional qualification or membership of the RICS.

The International Business Development and Human Resources teams are in the process of designing new presentation materials and brochures to ensure a consistent approach to the Graduate Recruitment process across Europe. The targeted campaign will aim to raise the profile of Surveying as a career option and the career opportunities that King Sturge can offer as a leading International Property Consultancy.

Representatives from King Sturge have already attended a number of careers fairs across Europe, which have proven successful and led to a number of graduates already being recruited.  The AIESEC Career Day in Warsaw took place on 1st April, particularly aimed at students from the School of Economics and Warsaw University.  The University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, Career Day took place in Croatia between 11th and 13th March.
