King Sturge strengthens Project Management team in Central Europe

The Project Management team will also offer cost management and monitoring services across all sectors
King Sturge announces the strengthening of its Project Management and Building Consultancy Department in Warsaw. Following the appointment of the whole of the Caledonian Project Management team, the department has grown to nine professional and two support staff.
Iain Leyden BSc. MRICS, Managing Director of Caledonian Project Management heads up the department as Director since the 4th of November 2008. Iain, who has 17 years experience in Project Management and Quantity Surveying, came to Poland in 2002 to work on the Złote Tarasy Project and established Caledonian Project Management in 2005.
The department will continue to provide Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring advice, as well as full Project and Cost Management services.

The King Sturge Project Management department will be based at Caledonian’s former premises at Swede Center, Al. Jerozolimskie 56 c, Warsaw, until June 2009, at which point all King Sturge staff in Warsaw will be relocated to a single office in the Atrium City complex.
