King Sturge to launch One Osnaburgh Street residential scheme

26 June 2008

A new 20 storey development adjacent to London's Regent’s Park

British Land has retained King Sturge to launch One Osnaburgh Street, the new residential element of its vibrant mixed use development, Regent’s Place,  located in a dynamic area adjacent to London’s Regent’s Park.

One Osnaburgh Street is a striking new 20 storey residential tower which, when completed in Autumn 2009, will command magnificent views over Regent’s Park and central London.   King Sturge has been appointed sole agent for this exciting residential development, ideally located for the West End, Great Portland Street tube and within very easy reach of Euston, the Eurostar terminus, King’s Cross and St Pancras.

The new residential tower will comprise 62 apartments, designed and finished to an extremely high specification.  These will range in size from studios to three-beds and include two duplex penthouses.

One Osnaburgh Street has been designed by leading architectural practice, Terry Farrell and Partners.  It will be visually striking in its own right while simultaneously respecting the design of neighbouring buildings, including three listed buildings.  Interiors are the work of interior architects, Johnson Naylor, and will be specified to an extremely high standard throughout.

The marketing suite will be opening to the public on 28th June and will be open daily thereafter with a fully fitted out kitchen and bathroom. Prices start from £335,000 and the marketing suite can be contacted directly on 020 7993 7397.  More details are available on the Regent's Place website.
