King Sturge wins Nestlé Distribution Centre disposal in The Netherlands

Land and buildings at the Eikenlaan no. 32-34 in Alphen a/d Rijn
After a change of Logistics Provider, Nestlé Nederland b.v. has instructed King Sturge to dispose of its distribution centre land and buildings at the Eikenlaan no. 32-34 in Alphen a/d Rijn.
The objective is to dispose of the 140,000 ft² industrial building before the end of 2008 at the maximum value and for Nestlé to remain in occupation at zero or peppercorn rent during 2009 until the property can be vacated in January 2010 at the latest.
