A feasibility study was undertaken to assess the market and financial viability of an upmarket hotel development and its ancillary facilities. The mixed use development will cover an area of 43 hectares and will include office, commercial and residential components. Assistance was also provided with hotel operator selection and sourcing of funding from international finance institutions.
