The team was commissioned to produce a market led business plan for a 60 hectare site. Research indicated that the site would offer maximum potential as a marina driven mixed use resort, including three upmarket hotels, a spa, real estate units, a retail area, conference facilities and indoor leisure facilities (bowling, golf simulators etc). The development is now underway.
