King Sturge provided valuation advice for loan security purposes in relation to this development which was constructed in circa 2000 and was one of the first of its type in the UK. The scheme contains a 60-bed nursing home, 51 very sheltered housing 1 and 2 bedroom residences and 98 retirement/independent living residences. Residents have access to wide range of in-house facilities a specially designed gym with spa pool, carpet bowls, café and a restaurant/pub, all of which are available for the use of village residents and their families.
