King Sturge takes a long-term view with its graduates. We offer you a permanent contract of employment from the start, not a two-year training contract. We value all our graduates as permanent and long term employees – and this is reflected by our considerable investment into your training.
On joining, recruits will receive an extremely competitive salary, which is reviewed every six months throughout your APC, 25 days holiday and time off to study. You will also also participate in the firms discretionary bonus scheme and pension from day one, and upon qualification receive a car and free healthcare.
